Incorrect FAIS/ Pathetic service

We all know that every year Virgin Active runs the promotion that's says "join Virgin Active and get 25% off your monthly fees and if your are with Vitality you'll get more discounts". BIG LIARS. I jouned Virgin Active early 2012 as an active member of Discovery Med Aid and Active member on Vitality, Upon the agreement of the contract i was told that as an active member on Vitality am qualifying to pay R63 a month and contract was sealed an agreed with the amount per month. First month they deducted the joining fee of R750 plus the premium as per agreement. 3 months later i receive my bank statement i realise that Virgin Active was deducting R280 instead of R63, i then contact them twice to logge a query and non of my query was successful, two weeks later i contact them again, i then spoke to the lady from the call centre and explain my situation, i was advised that the is nothing they can do unless i cancel the contract and open the new one and pay another joining fee of R750. Virgin Active continue on deducting money from my account, i then decide to stop the dedit oder at the bank. NOW am receiving messages from some company called MDB saying am owing the R1200... plz help.
