I have been on the phone with my club the whole morning as well as your head office. Both so useless that no one can direct me to the correct person to speak to. I have been trying for SEVERAL months now to move my Debit order date as our commissions get paid in on a later date. NO ONE at either of these places have been able to help me. I only have a few months left on this contract and WILL NOT renew it EVER AGAIN WITH YOU!!! I have been told that you as a company cannot move debit orders and that I should cancel my debit orders and rather do an EFT. I have now been trying to cancel my debit order so that I could rather do an EFT for you as I pay bank charges of R140 every time you deduct money off my account! I AM NOW DEMANDING THAT A MANAGER OR SOMEONE O AUTHORITY PHONES ME as no one at Planet Fitness obviously knows what is going on. I would also like to arrange that my contract gets cancelled. I am so sick of bad service and Planet Fitness has just proved that you are in no means better at offering a service!
