I must say for the two years i have been a member of the virgin active health clubs, i have never seen so much bad behaviour from one club to its members. i was parked at virgin active this morning and my car was broken into. they spent 1 000000 on renovations. they cant even spend money on decent security. i have trained at most of the club's even the classic. after today i have decided to cancel my membership with the health club. at virgin south gate every month a car suffers the same fate. according to virgin active staff the head office in cape town has denied the club the opportunity of having CCTV cameras placed outside for the members. anyone who is thinking of have a membership there should really think about what they doing cause virgin active is the worst training club i have seen. There are members at the gym who addressed this situation to head office all they did was change on cheap security with another. Zola the new manager at the gym is trying to fix a badly managed club i just think there is no hope. the owner of this club should really have a look into the club.
