Equipment in studios

I am really happy at the gym as this is my sanctuary. The personnel is great and professional, they actually greet you by name. The instructors is well trained and more our friends than trainers. Over the years I have noticed the deterioration of the equipment in the group studios and have complained about this. I was promised that the equipment would be replaced. It is becoming a health and safety risk. I nearly fell on Friday and all the equipment, from the steps to the Yoga mats should be replaced URGENTLY. It is simply a shame that I have to use Helopeter to get Virgin Active's attention.
