WE GET SMS"S SAYING WE MUST SETTLE AN ACCOUNT

NINE YEARS after the account was closed at the wonderpark virgin active we now get asked for a bill of /- R7000 without any correspondence from Virgin active to say her acount was still owing and in 9 years we never got one phone call to sort out the account why NOW after so many years and we only keep documentation for 5 years as a standard. This IS ABSOLUTELY unacceptable from a company like virgin active and I am sure that Mr Richard Branson would not approve of this kind of company procedures.
