For the second time my order from Biovea has not arrived. The first time I blamed it on the strike by postal workers in Gauteng, so I tried again. Have just cancelled second order, after having waited 6 weeks. I did get a refund the first time, and fully expect to get one again, so my complaint is not about that; it's that no one at Biovea responds to customer complaints. If they are so quick to refund me, does that mean that (a) the order was not sent to begin with, so they don't lose anything anyway, or (b) they are losing money hand over fist due to by the SA Post Office - in which case they should surely be offering their customers other delivery options? I WANT the products that they advertise, but they don't seem to want my business. Wellness Warehouse, here I come!
