Can not be bothered to follow up on my account

I have been a member at Planet Fitness for 5 years. Last year October, My planet fitness account was handed over to Saya Recoveries, because I had not paid my account. I requested a debit Order, that was confirmed by the branch in Parklands. They did not charge the account.

After that I went into the branch to follow up if everything was in order. They advised that everything was in order. The next month I brought a guest, Only to be rejected access because I failed to pay my bill, which has been on debit order with available funds. after being embarrassed. They advised that there was a mistake and all has been paid.

Last Month I get a SMS from Saya recoveries advising I must pay R868.00 to settle overdue account. Which was handed over by Planet Fitness. I then called The Parklands Branch, only to be informed that my account is up to date. Saya Recoveries represents Planet Fitness's Account collections.

After further investigations, I find that Planet Fitness has been charging me 3 Times a Month on installments, which they can not answer for at the Branch, or their Head office. I had to call 13 Times Today, to be promised a call in 5min, I called back, everyone's gone home
