On the 11th of April my mother bought me a bed, a desk and a chair from Joshua Doore in Durban. I was promised a speedy delivery to Grahamstown but I am yet to receive the goods. I have been using my airtime calling almost everyday to know what was going on. All they have done is to tell me that the goods would arrive the following day. This is my second complaint posted here on Hello Peter and I was promised that the goods would be delivered on the 26th April latest the 27th. I then received a call from PE, promising yet again that the goods would arrive on Monday 29th April. When I called on the 30th to ask why the stuff did not get delivered. I was told that they did deliver but I told the delivery people to take the goods back. This is not the truth as I did not even receive a call saying that I should open the gate as my goods were here. I have been sleeping on the floor since the 11th and highly disappointed in Joshua Doore and its appalling service. Please Please Please help as I do not know what to do any more. This is just not how people should be treated.
