The part MOST people HATE is when you phone a store and you were put through to the specific department you were asking for and the phone just rings-but the part that makes a person LIVID is when you have to phone back 5 times and then be put through to the floor manager who doesn't even bother to listen to your question and just puts you through to that SAME department for the phone to just ring and again and again and AGAIN!!! THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!! And its so SAD to think Im an account holder!!! UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN YOUR SERVICE!!!
