I have had an issue with my furniture since Feb 2012 when we purchased it. Rochester store manager in Randburg has been arrogant in his response to say the least. I have not heard from Rochester since my second complaint and I am sure they are hoping I will go away. Yes, I might eventually but taking a few of their valuable customers with by badmouthing them on Hello Peter and anywhere else I can find. Why do they just not get into their car and come see what I paid newly R20K for. I am sure they will be just as shocked.
