Within today's society I realise that it is easy to make a complaint about a company but not that easy to complement great service.
I know that I speak for a great majority of other shoppers as well that Runway Sale exceeds expectations with regards to the quality of both the products and service that they provide. Last week was my fifth order with them, everytime I recieve my order on time with a great little recommendation of other shopping experiences inside! Its rare to find high quality clothes and branding for the prices that is offered on Runway Sale, but to top it off - all of my queries, complaints and concerns are dealt with efficiently and professionally. I really enjoy the fact that throughout every process I am updated via email, so that I always know what is happening.
Lastly, I just want to say that the Runway Sale team always exceeds my expectations and I hope they will continue to do so in the many years that I anticipate shopping with them! Also good to know, they run alot of competitions online and also offer some great tips on their Facebook page, its worth it to visit the page and see whats happening.
