It has been over a week since I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Ayanda, who happens to be the Assistant Manager at the Chris Hani Crossing Clicks Store. He phoned to assist in dealing with my inquiry, but I have to say that I am insulted to say the least at the lack of concer regarding my complain. How is that I am complaining about the rudeness of the Store Manager and instead of getting higher up in the hierarchy, they send an assistant manager, what am I going to say, no in fact what is it that he is going to say to me regaridng his Superior that is so going to help with the situation? I spend thousands of rands monthly at your store and this is how you show that you value a customer by undermining them and sending someone beneath the Store manager, what is the assistant going to do exactly, give the Store manager a written warning? Really??? Is this why you bring your business to the township so that black people can get bad service which your Head office wil not have to deal with because we are not educated enough to complain about bad customer service? I am appaulled and disgusted by your insulting gesture to say the least.
