INCOMPETENCE AND BAD SERVICE

I bought a laptop at Incredible Connection via hi-finance in 2011. Two weeks ago i went to go pay it off so they would stop debiting my account.

I went to Cresta shopping centre. Firstly, the coloured lady that served me was absent-minded and not professional at all!!! I paid R2000 that day to pay off my account and she said she would call Pavillion branch in Durban to close my account. I didn't trust that she would because she still stood there absent-mindedly after I paid and I had to ask if we were done???!

Come the 26th the debit order still goes through!!! After I paid it off with R2000 cash!!! it turns out she did not call Pavillion at all. I am absolutely the off because I am still trying to reverse the payment. FNB (my bank) have done their part but I have to reverse it from Hi-Finance, whos phone lines ring forever because you have employed incompetent and don't value customers! I want my R619 back and my account finally closed! honestly
