BAD SERVICE BEFORE DURING AND AFTER SALE

I called the Cape Gate store today, 28 April 2013, to check if they had stock of the Lenovo G580 which was on special. The salesperson, Tashwell, informed me that the store had 3 laptops in stock (including the display model). As they couldn't keep 1 aside of a promotional item, I immediately went through to the store (30min drive). When I arrived at the Cape Gate store I was informed by Christopher that they no longer had stock- they had just sold the last one. Christopher then advised that 1 was actually faulty. I was very upset as Tashwell had given me incorrect information - I would not have driven all that way had I known that there was only 1 stock item left. I then asked the store to phone V& A and Cavendish to check if they had stock. After a 10min wait, Tashwell, informed me that the both V&A and Cavendish didn't have stock and the store manager was willing to give me a free laptop bag if I decided to purchase the demo model.
I then decided to purchase the demo model based on the incentive of receiving the free bag.
I now cannot change the settings on the laptop as the store failed to give me the administrator code to access the settings on the demo model.
