Thanks for the brochure in my local paper. What is the point of making me interested only to find that the store does not stock the special. And not just any special, a limited special, advertised for limited branches -but the branch never received it.
Your red shelving - back page of your current brochure - running from 15/04. Well Design Quarter said they got one, and it was sold - they do not know whether they will get anymore as decides who gets what?? Really, no demand planning needed then. They were apologetic but that is unfortunately how it is. They advised I go to Northgate.
WHY should I drive around, but I really wanted to see this and possibly purchase, so off I drove to Northgate.
Northgate had never received ANY - ever, maybe they get one tomorrrow - who knows, they didnt know!
Whats the point of advertising specials - and getting me interested, and I schlep off to find out that the store has non in stock, NEVER HAD any at Northgate.
I was not the only irritated customer, but I wonder whether the others will bother to tell you, maybe they just vote with their feet - possibly thats the only way you will get it... POOR SHOW!!!
