I bought a pair of Green cross shoes on the 24.11.2012 which cost me R429 and within 3 months the underneath part by the heal broke and shoe started to peel. I dont wear these shoes all the time as I know not to wear the same shoes. I only buy expensive shoes from Froggie and Mia as well. I handed shoe in to Green cross on the 2.3.2013. they handed into head office as it had to go off for assessing. They kept my shoes for 2 months without even getting back to me on what is happening. I received a phone call from them to say my shoes are ready for collection, thinking they have fixed my shoes but were in the same condition. The manager told me there is nothing they can do as due to wear and tear and not a manufactor fault. She first blames me and says I have been driving with the shoes which I dont even drive and, what a cheeck to even telll a customer that. They did not repair it or replace it and said there is nothing they will do. I am complaing to get a new pair or a refund. I am not happy with the service I received. I have had froggie shoes for 3yrs and have lasted me, when there was a problem with shoe they fixed my shoe even though i had them a long time. Thanks.
