Good day

This is now the third time we purchased Lovies Premium nappies that is defective.
We have been using them for more than a year in the beginning the nappies kept by it's words. So we started to trust the brand.
The first complaint on this product :
The last 4 months we discovered that some nappies in the pack has missing Velcro straps.
Please tel me how do we use nappies like this at least 2 nappies per pack we founded had missing straps.
The second complaint on this product :
The nappies tend to tear on the inside side wall making us change our kids nappy every 30 min, were it stipulates Clearly on the packaging of the product Dryness Protection for up to 12 hours.
The last week before month end we had to wake up and change his bedding every night because the product did not do as promised.

By the consumer act we can take this further using

Consumer Right No. 6 (Right to Fair and Honest Dealing)
False advertising on the product
Consumer Right No. 8 (Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety)
Defectiveness of the product in question

Before we would like to take this further using the consumer act we would like to year from you first before taking it further.
