I have lodged a complaint over 3 weeks ago and Rochester responded to say they will be in contact with me and to date, they have failed once again. https:///rochester-home-decor/complaints/extremely-poor-customer-service-1059175. I called the Banch manger Derrick to assist with my query, and he was extremely rude and told me he WILL NOT assist me. I have to wait for my order and after they failed to assist me with my previous complaint and informed me that my order would be ready last week he told me my order will only be finished next week and i can wait!!! Never ever buy anything from Rochester!!! Their after sales service is extremely poor!!!
