Almost 2 months and still no delivery!

I ordered 2 external hard drives and and 1 SD card on Black Friday (23/11/2012) as Christmas gifts. These items have still not been delivered even though the full amount on the invoice has been charged to my credit card! I didn't receive any feedback from Incredible Connection with regards to stock or delivery problems.

I phoned the telephone number on the invoice on the morning Friday, 11 January 2013. I got redirected to a voice mail system. I politely left all my contact info and the information regarding my order in a voice mail message. It's been 5 days and I still haven't been contacted.

I have never had problems like this with a local online store. Incredible Connection has proven to be incapable to delivering good service and they just almost R1000 from my credit card!

If anyone from Incredible Connection bothers to follow up on this complaint, my order number is 8702. You will find all my contact information on the invoice that was emailed to me.
