My payments were always up to date i had to send them proof of payment every month because they couldnt do their job. I was humiliated at a game store when i wanted to buy and they told me i couldnt because my account is over due. This was not the first time its for the last year and a half, i have cleared my account with them and up to date no one has tried to sort out my problem. Ive got more that 20 emails i have mailed them but no joy.
My balance is R0.00 now but its just pathetic that not one of the supervisors could pick up a phone and apologise or try to sort it out!!!
