I have placed my order for my wedding dress at Bride n Co Canal Walk - Over all this experience has been a pain as getting them to contact you back takes up to weeks - on the 16th I contacted Rafeeqah asking her for a quote on bridesmaids dresses as well - and to date she hasn't gotten back to me - this store is seriously lacking in customer service - I feel like taking my business else where and also cancelling my wedding dress!! Shopping for your dress is supposed to be an amazing experience - Yet you succeed in making me as a bride feel SUPER UNSPECIAL!!! On my quote and all paper work I am also referred to as a guest - after I had to take the time to fill in their little answer sheet which gave them all my info - Why waste my time with little answer sheets if you don't use them??? After I asked for a proforma invoice so that I can make payment Rafeeqah informed me that clients always pay on quotes and she doesn't even know what a PI invoice is - Need I remind you it is within my rights as a consumer to request a PI. Be assured I will tell all my friends on Facebook and Twitter what a unprofessional, lacking company Bride n Co is.
