I was at the store at 5pm and i bought a few things for my lady and i noticed that there was only one pair of size 4 shoes and they were badly scuffed and as a matter of principle i requested that simphiwe provide a discount and he advised that they would rather not sell the goods than to offer a discount on something that was badly scuffed and he advised it was already discounted, i did not need the discount but as a matter of principle i requested it and since i neded it urgently i had to buy it, this is pathetic customer service for a good customer like myself and one would expect a manager to be able to make a decision in this regard but he refused and for this reason i will not use my account again and in the near future intend to close the account and it would be in your best interest to address these poor decision making abilities of your managers
