Refuses to credit my account for no delivery

Early November (on the 6th) I placed an order for 2 mega roasters (R499.00 each cash price). 2 weeks later I made a follow up and was told the order was dispatched to my local post office, Kelvin (this is despite the fact that I requested my orders to be sent to my physical address, Boksburg). The local post office confirmed they never received the parcel and advices me to follow up with their track and trace office, who in turn adviced me to request the supplier to launch an investigation with the post office since the parcel seem to have been lost during shipment. After several calls to Home Choice, on 3 occassions I spoke to a guy named T/Pinashe, who told me they will only launch an investigation if they receive a non delivery notice from the post office since he is able to see on line that the parcel is still in transit, and kept misdirecting my calls when I request to speak to his manager. I finally got hold of the lady named Mandy who confirmed that they will launch an investigation. On follow up this morning, my account is still not credited and was informed it may take up to 12months since it involves a 3rd party, despite the possible damage it does to my credit record
