Edgars staff rude and inefficient

I settled my Edgars account 7000100100111314217 in August 2012 and requested it be closed. December 2012 I requested a ITC report and find i am in arrears for 120 days, I go again to the store and i am told the account was not close the and there is a charge of - R 80, to get this over with I pay the charge request again the account be closed and ITC updated. 24 April 2013 I check ITC to find my account still on ITC with no update. i call the call centre i got rudly told that i did not request ITC update, when i ask for a reference for the call i get told there are none, when i asked for full name and surname the call got cut in my ear.
This is the respect and customer service Edcin group shows towards a consumer by employing staff that have no customer respect, can bearly speak and understand english yet have pathetic attitudes.
