I bought Washing Machine in 2010 at Lewis Store, I went there one day to get my account paid off and they told me that I owe them R11 000 for LG Plasma which i didnt know anything about and the Store Manager followed up with this query and this was cancelled, last week VVM Attorneys have been perstering me that I owe them TV license and I should pay I told them I dont have any TV on my name and they told me I bought TV at Lewis in October 2011 and I have to pay that account, I called Attorneys i explained that i dont have any TV on my name they asked me to contact Lewis so that they can give me a letter so that i can fax to the attorneys, today i called Lewis Randburg they tell me i have to deal with Lewis Head office i asked the lady how can i deal with head office whilst this was their mistake. I'm not happy with their service at all it shows they only care about money not their customers.
