I bought a pair of school shoes for my child at the above mentioned branch, and paid 160 after 3 months shoes were defective, i went to the branch to return the shoes i was reffered to the manager who told me that shoes must sent back to the head office before they can replace with new ones, i find it hard to understand that woolworths claims to provide quality while their shoes can hardly last for six months, as a result my child did nt go to school.
