I just have to say that Brad from Yuppie Chef has absolutely blown me away with his assistance.
I received a Cuisipro Cupcake Icing Kit from Yuppie Chef for my birthday and both of the on tops to keep the nozzles in place have cracked thus declaring the icing kit unusable. I called Yuppie Chef to find out where I could purchase these items and Brad called 5 minutes later to say that they would replace the whole kit. One day later the kit has arrived in Durban. How is that for service - definitely need to share this unbelievable service!! Thanks Brad and Yuppie Chef.
