At 14 april 2013 at 11:30am i went to the spar money market counter and asked a lady by the counter if she could help get money that was deposited for me i have the code in my phone she laughed and said what money there is all sorts of money what money do i want .so i explained its like a cash send facilty . she stills laughed you just said you want money and i say to her i have a code can you please and tell me how its done hesitated and whispered something to her lady next her and she giggled . the lady next to her took my phone and helped and gave me the money and when she handed me the money i said to Gloria you the is no need to be mean and belittle people i asked would you like it if i told your manager how your treat people she then rolled her eyes and shouted " huuuu shame sorry that's the problem with black people no sense of humour" and i said to the is nothing funny about being unhelpful and mean to customers and she didnt even let me finish that sentence and goes to the manager on duty at that time Renald and continued to be rude in front him and i told a want to report what the number to call he says the is no number and gives an email i sent email and no response
