On the 3rd April I went to Super Spar Parklands and did some shopping along with a cash withdraw from their till point. The cashier used a point of sale device but then got an error after I put in debit card pin number and then had to use another point of sale device, which then worked. However, even though they gave me the error report of the one point of sale device, my account was still double debited. Today is the 22nd April and I'm still fighting with Super Spar Parklands to get my money back. I'm a single mother raising a child on my own after my child's father died last year. I have no extra income coming in and Super Spar Parklands is taking their sweet time to sort this out. Your customer services really needs work!
