I bought 2 Colgate 360 battery operated toothbrushes, both stopped working after about 2 month, went on Colgate UK website and saw that those toothbrushes were recalled due to this problem. I tried to contact Colgate customer care (South Africa) - no luck, there is no answer, I've send an e-mail, there is no reply.
