PnP TREATS ALL CUSTOMER AS!!!

Was this afternoon in PnP store, when we paid, the cashier, took the money &proceeded to hand the money over to another staff member. the staff member then proceed to knock on the door with the glass office, and eventually a staff member opened, & took the money. we were not informed to what was going on, at eventually staff came out, & whispered but still no word, eventually after 3 different stafff all handling our money, still no word i enquired and was rudely told that she is on lunch, and its not her problem - and the rest of the staff still not saying anything, turns out, the money was counterfeit, but PnP staff treated us as, and marched us off to the office - i tried to get hold of a manager, who himself never introduced himself, and could hardly put a sentence together, we were constantly harrassed by various staff along with the staff member who insisted she is on lunch (extremely bad attitude even got a really rude look from her), and security called on us, as well as the PNP staff all wanting to get a glimse at the, the money was withdrawn from an FNB ATM but PNP treated us as we were - THANKS! APPREACIATE THE SERVICE WITHOUT AN APOLOGY!!!
