I entered Mr Price, Fourways Mall today. After browsing for a little while, I received a call, which I answered. After finishing my call, I put my Phone back in my handbag. I then finished shopping, paid for my items, as I was leaving the store, I wanted to make a phone call, it was then that I learnt that my cell phone was missing! I went to security and management to let them know... they told me there are NO SECURITY Cameras in store (how unbelievable!)... How can a store NOT have security cameras? Its clearly the staff. Someone must have been watching me and following me through the store! The thought that someone was watching me and following me, waiting to make a move to from me is so upsetting. I have been in a state all afternoon, I never EVER thought something like this could happen in a 'what I thought was a safe shopping mall'. I have of course since, blacklisted my phone, and soft locked my sim card. I WILL be filing a report tomorrow with the SAPS and will be calling Mr Price HQ and Fourways Mall Management as CLEARLY their security is shocking and needs a upgrade!
The safety of your customers should come FIRST and I will never feel safe in your stores again!!!
