NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT TRAINED

Went to Woolworths in Verwoerdpark on the 20th of April at about 2.30. Did my shopping and then got to the till.
Wanted to pay for the food with a giftcard that needed to be loaded from my phone onto a giftcard first.
Rebecca served me. She did not know how to do this.

She left the counter to go and look for her manager, she took my phone with her and disappeared with it into the store. Only after a while she came back explaining that she needed a cvv number which needed to be faxed to them.

First off all you do not disappear with a customer's phone into a store. She should have left my phone in my possession. The manager should have come to the till and assisted her. Clearly the manager also did not know how to do this either.

It is very bad service and I will never go there again. I always go to the Woolworths in Alberton City and never had a problem with this.

The staff should be more trained in that store and learn how to work with customers!
