I know when to complain but I also know when to compliment and today is the time for compliments. After i reported Russells on hellopeter and another two weeks of fighting with the branch manager of
Russells, i decided to contact Stuart Randolph. Within 5 min after my e-mail got delivered, he phoned me. Yesterday (18-04-2013) he came to my house to solve the problem. Today (19-04-2013) i received my new lounge suite.
Stuart you handled the situation fantastic and used your knowledge and client relation skills to the best of your abilities. It's people like Stuart that would restore our faith in Russells again, and i wish they can appoint more people like you.
I wish i could give you a promotion because then i would make you the MD of Russells.
