Terrible Service at Foschini

Yesterday, my handbag was - my purse, cellphone, ID, etc. all gone. So today I went to Foschini during lunch to block my card, and get a new one. Apparently, my passport is not sufficent proof that I may get a new Foschini card. I am not even issued a temporary one.

I wanted to replace my purse and handbag on my Foschini account, since I also have no money, but the staff where simply unsympathetic, and could offer me no alternative. And, my "new account" vouchers are not even replaced.

This system makes no sense to me - now I am not only robbed, I also won't be able to buy any clothes or accessories to replace all I lost. I am very tempted to simply close my account. I have never been treated with so little respect before - as if it is my own fault for being a victim of crime.
