I have written a report at the end of March 2013 to which I still have no feedback. I called the Edgar's at The Glen shopping mall to ask if the 4 Bottles perfume that I wanted were in stock at that store, I was told yes. I arrived at the shop to find that hey do not have it. OK!!! I asked if they could call the branch in Alberton as it was the closest to The Glen. I was told they couldn't assist as there was nobody at reception. I drive to Alberton, they too didnt have the stock. I ended up going to Edgars at Sandton Shopping Centre. They had the perfumes which were great BUT I went to Customer Services to change my Old Edgar's Card for the New Card that's out. We were 6 people in the queue, I get to the front where they direct me to the queue on the left to where I was standing. I get to the agent and she lets me know there are no new cards in stock. I spent 45 minutes there for absolutely nothing. The agents are rude, they do not greet or apologize. What a terrible experience. I do pray to I do not have to visit and Edgar's store again.
