BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Me and my husband went to Edgars Parow Centre two months ago when I paid my monthly instalment and ask the Teller is there are not blockings on my husband's account (I am dual card holder). She confirmed that there's no blocking if there was we could immediately get it resolved as my husband was with me. On Saturday the 13th April we went to the store again to purchase goods and we were told by Melanie that we did not FICA the account so we could not use the account until it is done. To do this my husband had to go to the store with both Identity documents and proof of address (rates proof). My husband is walking by making use of a walking stick so on Monday we went and provided all the documents they requested, we were told that it will take 48 hours for this information to be updated and for the account to be active. They gave me their call centre contact number to confirm if account is updated.
