I was approached by Siyaya Debt Solutions last year in September with a promise that they would assist me with affordable payment solutions with my creditors but that was not the case. I kept paying them and my creditors were not paid! I then decided to cancel the arrangement with them because I ended up making my own payment arrangements with my creditors after constant calls from my creditors that they were not paid. I have been waiting for a cancellation letter to date I still dont have it! The service is just terrible and daylight in my books. It is sad because they deal with people who really do need help and want to pay but they just abuse people's trust!
