I contacted the Strubensvalley branch of Floors Direct on Friday 12 April 2013 to set up an appointment for the following Monday for them to come and do a quote on laminate flooring. I am very pleased to say that William from Floors Direct called me to confirm the appointment. On arrival, his professionalism was immediately evident. He gave excellent advise and was totally transparent with the process. I now look forward to receiving the quotation. I hope the price is a reflection of the great service received so far.
