Between me and my mom we have spend thousands on Miglio Jewellery. It is not a cheap jewellery range. A couple of the items went in for repairs more than once for discolouring, stones that's falling out and parts that is breaking of. I've been struggling to get reply out of them since November 2012 for yet another repair. If a piece is sent in for repairs, there is a amount payable for it to be fixed, I have to pay for their bad manufacturing quality. This is by far the poorest service I have ever received from any company!
