When you take your car to a well known company such as Tiger Wheel and Tyre and purchase new tyres from them, you would expect to drive away with everything PROPERLY fitted, especially after spending four hours there. This was not the case at Tiger Wheel and Tyre, Alberton. After spending R1955.00 on new tyres, balancing and wheel alignment we drive away only to find that one of the tyres has not been tightened and is about to FALL OFF! After speaking to the manager, the answer I got was: "Oh I am sorry. I will speak to the person that worked on the car so it doesn't happen again. We were very busy on Saturday". When I said that this was not good enough as somebody could have been seriously hurt or damage could have been done to the car, the answer I got was, "You tell me what you want, but Tiger Wheel and Tyre can't refund for the tyres as there was nothing wrong with them." The outcome is we get to go back for a free wheel alignment! SERIOUSLY!! So from what I can gather, Tiger Wheel and Tyre are happy to take your money, do a job that puts your life in danger, but that is fine with them because they have your money and they were busy.
