Game and Vodacom play ping-pong with customers!

Vodacom offers deals for upgrades through Game Stores. I upgraded my phone from a blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy S3 and signed a new 24 month contract with Vodacom, and was not told by the sales consultant (Belinda) that I needed a MicroSim to be able to use the phone. When I got home and realized I could not use the phone I phoned Vodacom and was told by Lerato (Assistant Manager) at the call centre that I need to go back to Game for them to give me MicroSim and do a simswap. I then phoned Game and Belinda the same sales agen said that they cannot give me a sim or do a simswap. I still cannot use my phone and Belinda the sales lady at Game wont listen to what Vodacom has told me but instead shouts "Eh Eh - Eh Eh" into the phone. I have tried phoning David Maseko the store manager but he has not answered the phone. Because of Games shocking service I will not ever sign another Vodacom Contract. Vodacom chooses to do business with Game and offers it's cutomers deals with Game, but it and does not manage Games service levels that they are giving to Vodacom Cutomers.
