Recently purchased Nespresso Machine from DionWired the Grove as an anniversary gift. It worked all of 6 weeks? and won't switch on. I took it into DionWired and was told it needs to go to the supplier to investigate repair (??) - anyways regardless of this, I don't know where my Nespresso machine is at this moment. This is now 2 months later. Initially I raised this concern at the store and the store manager assured me that I would get daily feedback and it would not take long to get the machine back. After 2 weeks, I phoned to find out what's happening and was told that the store manager is on leave. I walked into the store and spoke to the Sales Manager who assured me that the machine was ready for collection had he known, delivery would have been arranged. I went back just after 25 Dec, but now the person who initially helped me can't even remember me (I can't blame her, it's been forever) - i was told it's still by the suppliers and I will get a call 7-Jan. Today is 15-Jan no call. I have tried calling ever since but the line drops, i get please holds, or it just rings.
each time i get the right response, but at the end of the day, i am still without my Nespresso.
