Placed an order online and paid for a new Sealy Bed Set on 10/3/2013.
It is now more than a month later and I am still waiting for this delivery to be made in spite of written company policies on the website and empty promises from several people involved at the company.
I made many phone calls, send a numer of emails and managed to speak to a few people in die process of trying to get this bed delivered. Although everyone promises to come back to me I always have to do the follow up calls in trying to get my questions answered. The standard answer from their side (that is if you are lucky enough to get through) is: "I'll find out for you ..." and so the bug gets passed on with no results!
My frustration with this company, its employees and empty promises reached the abslute limit this week.
Leanne Erasmus at despatch promised me on Thursday 11 April 2013 that my bed was going to be delivered on Saturday13 April 2013. I asked for and was eventually send an email to confirm this delivery date. Needless to say... I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BED!!! I am going to cancell my order on Monday and will keep you informed about the time limit in getting my money back.
