DAMAGED GOODS SECOUND HAND SALES

I HAVE BOUGHT A GRAFTON EFOREST LOUNGE SUIT FROM RUSSELS AND THE STICHES WHERE TEARING OUT WITHIN 3 MOUNTHS FROM LAST YEAR NOVEMBER IM STRUGGLING TO GET THIS PICKED UP AND EXCHANGED FINALY END OF MARCH 2013 WAS PICKED UP AND DAMAGED BY THE DILIVERY PEOPLE FROM RUSSELS AS THEY DECIDED TO TAKE IT OVER MY GARDEN COTTAGE WALL NOW THE SUPPLIER IS WILLING TO REPAIR THIS AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME AFTER 4 WEEKS OF WAITING SITTING WITH AN EMPTY LOUNGE I REFUSE TO TAKE BACK A 20 000 RAND LOUNGE SUIT THAT HAS BEEN REPAIRED AFTER ONLY 3 MOUNTHS THAT WILL THEN MAKE IT 2 ND HAND THESE PEOPLE KNOW VERY WELL HOW TO DO CONSUMERS IN AND THAT YOU STRUGGLE LIKE THIS THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR MOUNTHS NOW I CANT WORK FROM MY HOUSE IM LOOSING MONEY AND SALES BECAUSE I THOUGHT I BOUGHT QUALITY LOUNGE IN THE MEAN TIME THEY COULD JUST NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THIS I FEEL THAT THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT AND IT BACAME MY PROBLEM I HAVE BLOOD PRESSURE CONDITION BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE INCOMPIDENCE AND CARELESSNESS ANT TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE SITUATION THEY PUT CUSTOMERS IN
