I posted a complaint about edgars on the 27th Dec 2012 about bad service. The manager promised to sort out my account. No one even tried to phone and apologise to me. Nice!! Great service edgars!!! Now after customer care phoned me about every day, EDgars listed me as a slow payer at the credit Bureaux. Now i want to know why? after the manager at clear water mall said that he would sort this out. I cant pay my account because it says that my account is frozen due to the new edgars u card that i was suppose to get but didnt. I was at clear water mall to sort this out when they closed the shop with us still inside and they could help us. So the manager said that he would sort out my account. Well looks like he didnt and because of him now im listed as a slow payer. Is this now the new way of getting people black listed??? No one even tried to phone me so we could sort out my complaint or account. But they can phone you when you still owe money but cant even pay your account because of them. The manager of clear water mall edgars said that he would phone and make a note on the system that my account could not be paid because of them but looks like he did nothing.
