Woolworths Credit Card dont want to help me

I phone woolworths creditcard people for my settlement amount!! I paid it the next day everything correct in the Highveld mall branch on the 11th of March 2013!! on the 28th they put a debit order for a amount of R690 through my account!! When I phone them not once or contact them they tell me everytime too fax or email my proof of payment which I did not once but several times to them via fax and email!! and tell me that they didnt recieve the settlement amount!!! Can you believe this where did the money go!!!? When I phone them they cant read the fax but when I scan it it was so clear or every other excuse!! I please want them to come back to me and pay my money back and close the credit card account!!! Woolworths Credit Card what is wrong with your people???
