I have not received a statement from Edgars since November despite all my details being correct on the system.
I have now spoken to 7 people to discuss this as well as send 3 emails. Still no statement.
Over and above this I get rude DAILY phone calls from Edgars asking for payment, even though I pay an amount every month, as the amount I have paid does not correlate to their account. This is not surprising owing to the lack of statement.
I am very unimpressed and will probably cancel the account over this.
