We regularly support the Cafe; 2-3 visits a week and truth be told regularly have issues with poor service or long waits for meals or incorrect orders, etc. Complaints are acknowledged and apologised but no lasting action. Today the last straw - waited 45 minutes for our order and a request for a toasted cheese, onion & tomato from a strict vegetarian arrived with ham, no onion. It was returned only to arrive back 2 minutes later with the onion instead of ham. When asked, server admitted they had simply removed the ham and added onion. Shocking as this is highly offensive to the person in question; whom, we told them was vegetarian!! Its by high time the management at the store addresses the frequent complaints in this area. Yesterday our meal also took 45 minutes to arrive and food was cold. As stated above, this is the final straw for us - no more business from us. Will circulate this story amongst all our staff (many who also have eating requirements based on religion) and request that they avoid your cafe.
