I'm deeply disappointed by the bad service that I experienced at Game Stores in Sandton on Tuesday, 9 April 2013. I had just spent R12k at the store however; I was treated with immense disrespect by the manager, Kavesh Dhalipkumar. He spoke to me in a very rude manner in the store in the presence of customers passing by and his co-workers. I asked him a question in turn he yelled at me
I remember Kavesh from a previous bad encounter with him at Game Stores at South Gate Mall where he was a store manager a few years ago. I can safely say that he is the worst ever retail store manager that I have encountered. I have observed that Kavesh is not only rude to customer but also speaks to his fellow workers (in front of customer) in a very rude manner that is very disgusting. It surprises me how Kavesh is able to stay in his job given that he has such a shockingly bad attitude and way of communicating.
After careful thought, I have lodged this complaint with the regional officer on Tuesday, 9 April and I'm yet to receive a response.
Please get rid of Kavesh if you hope to retain your customers. He is a very bad and rotten patatoe among a bunch of courteous employees working at Game
